This is what Julie had to say about this webisode
I realized I could stay active, even when the gym’s not an option. Instead I looked for ways to add activity throughout my day. What simple exercises could you do while on the phone, at your desk or around the house? Get creative and keep moving!
I think this was wonderful. It | Patricia
I think this was wonderful. It showed such simple everyday things that you could add excercise to. It really made me think of my routines and what I could do to add esxcercise. Thanks.

The bicep curls while taking t | KittyPride
The bicep curls while taking the stuff out of the trunk was superb! Going to try and do that more often when I have stuff in my hands. Thank you for such an easy do.

Bicep curls ... I do this while walking back from grocery shopping. It is a great exercise for the arms while working out my legs.

Hi dear: I have family at home in Calgary and know many people moving to Canada from other countries and they are learning English. This campaing is a great idea and source for learning English but they need the transcripts in English to understand the messages better. Could you include transcripts for every episode. Thank you in .ca (403)256-6889
